Meet Our Team
Stephanie Laffin began her career in New York City with theatrical casting directors Stuart Howard and Howard Meltzer. After working on the award winning Broadway revivals of Grease!, Chicago and Annie, Stephanie began working in television casting. Stephanie worked on the casting for Law & Order: SVU, Monk and Century City, several feature films, numerous pilots and the series House, for which she was nominated for both an Emmy Award and an Artios Award.
As a production executive, Stephanie was the Senior Executive Director of Creative Affairs for Hypomania Content where she oversaw content for several specials, television shows and webseries. Stephanie served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the It Gets Better Project for several years, and on the advisory board of the Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation, as well as volunteered at Campus Pride’s summer leadership camp for LGBT college and university students, Camp Pride.
A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, Stephanie received the Genevieve Schmich Award as a recognition for her contribution to the dramatic life of the college, and is a member of both the Television Academy and the Casting Society of America.
Rhea Palicha
Joining Wade's team in 2016, Rhea is responsible for all things social media. She also focuses on creating various social campaigns across all digital platforms. Outside of work, you'll always find Rhea with either a book, camera, or sketchpad. rhea@wadeadavis.com
Sarajane Cedrone
Sarajane Cedrone is the team's Research Manager. She has a BA in Creative Writing and a BA in American History from the University of Hartford and a MA in Public History from Central Connecticut State University. When she isn't working towards achieving social justice, she enjoys arts and crafts, and games of all sorts. Sarajane lives in Connecticut with her dog, Wicket. sarajane@wadeadavis.com
Sneha Tatapudy
Sneha Tatapudy leads the development of innovative content for our diversity and inclusion training programs. She is a gender equality advocate and international development professional who has worked with various social impact organizations, including UN Women. As the Chief Innovation Officer at Wade Davis LLC, Sneha creatively designs strategies to advance inclusion within organizations. Born in California, Sneha has had a cross-cultural upbringing between San Jose, CA, and Mumbai, India. She holds a B.A. in Communication and International Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is currently based in New York city.
